DESCRIPTION:We invite you to join us in Hot Springs\, Arkansas\, for the 2026 National HBPA Conference at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort. \nThe meeting\, racing\, and hotel will all be located at Oaklawn for your convenience. We will kick off the conference with our Cocktail Reception on Tuesday\, March 3\, and will conclude with live racing on Friday\, March 6. Our Full Board will meet the morning of Saturday\, March 7. A full agenda and more conference information will be posted on this page soon.
