SUMMARY:2023 National HBPA Fall Executive Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The National HBPA’s 2023 Fall Executive Committee Meeting will be held October 25-26 in Lexington\, Kentucky. \n\nAs a reminder\, our meetings will follow the same older format we used at our last meeting by starting in the evening about 5:30pm Eastern on Wednesday\, October 25. We’re hoping you can travel in during the day on the 25th or earlier and arrive for dinner in our meeting room at our hotel: Dinner will be a buffet at The Campbell House at 4:00pm. We will reconvene the Thursday morning\, October 26 for breakfast in our meeting room starting at 7:30am\, reconvening the meeting about 8:30am until approximately 12:00pm\, leading to an opportunity to attend live racing at Keeneland (first post is 1:00pm).  We will have box seats at Keeneland where everyone will be on their own for lunch if you are planning to stay for the day. \nOur meetings will be held in the Bluegrass Ballroom at The Campbell House. While we want everyone to be present in-person\, a virtual option for the meetings will be made available via Zoom. \n\n\n\nRoom reservations for our hotel can be made by calling (859) 255-4281 referencing group name “October 2023 National HBPA Meeting”.  \n\n\n\nReservation cutoff is Friday\, September 29. The negotiated room rate is $159 per night.  \nHotel information is:             \n\n\nThe Campbell House\n1375 S.
